All shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Here you'll find our shipping costs and delivery information. 

New Zealand: Tracked delivery:  2-4 business days delivery time

Orders below $85 - Non Signature Courier Post Standard (with tracking) 2-4 days transit time $6.00
Orders below $85 - Non Signature Courier PostRural Delivery (with tracking) 3-5 days transit time $12.00
Orders over $85 - Non Signature Courier Post Standard (with tracking) 2-4 days transit time FREE


 

Note: if you are within our delivery zone you will qualify for free local delivery, this is automatically calculated based on your address. We do not offer a 'pick up' option, sorry.


International: 10-14 business days delivery time

Please note: there are significant delays with international shipments

DELIVERY TIME FRAMES

All orders will be shipped within 48 hours (2 business days) of you placing your order*. All orders to a non-rural address can expect delivery within 3-5 business days after receiving shipping confirmation.

Please note, deliveries do not require a signature. If you prefer to have a signature required please let us know in the special instructions field on the shopping basket page.

*If you have ordered a 'personalised' product please note there is usually a 1 week delay whilst your goods are being made.

The delivery timeframes above are to be used as a guide only (from dispatch date). We’ll do our utmost to meet the indicated timeframes, however we can’t be held responsible for any delay caused by the postal service or customs clearance.

 

If delivery is attempted and nobody is available to accept the parcel, in most cases it should be held at your local post office. If you’re not contactable and your parcel is unable to be delivered, it’ll be returned to us and we’ll then contact you to arrange alternate delivery.

Damaged or missing goods

We make sure our products are packed securely so they arrive in perfect condition. If any items are damaged during delivery, contact us.

 

International orders – duties and taxes

Any duties and taxes that may be payable when your order arrives (if your purchase is over the tax-free threshold for your country) is your sole responsibility.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.



Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
