Note: if you are within our local delivery zone you will qualify for free local delivery, this is automatically calculated based on your address. We do not offer a 'pick up' option, sorry.

Delivery Time Frames

All orders will be shipped within 48 hours (2 business days) of you placing your order*. All orders to a non-rural address can expect delivery within 3-5 business days after receiving shipping confirmation.

Please note, deliveries do not require a signature. If you prefer to have a signature required please let us know in the special instructions field on the shopping basket page.

*If you have ordered a 'personalised' product please note there is usually up to a 1 week delay whilst your goods are being made.

The delivery timeframes above are to be used as a guide only (from dispatch date). We’ll do our utmost to meet the indicated timeframes, however we can’t be held responsible for any delay caused by the postal service or customs clearance.

 

If delivery is attempted and nobody is available to accept the parcel, in most cases it should be held at your local post office. If you’re not contactable and your parcel is unable to be delivered, it’ll be returned to us and we’ll then contact you to arrange alternate delivery.

 

Damaged or missing goods

We make sure our products are packed securely so they arrive in perfect condition. If any items are damaged during delivery, contact us.

 

International orders – duties and taxes

Any duties and taxes that may be payable when your order arrives (if your purchase is over the tax-free threshold for your country) is your sole responsibility.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Should you wish to return your purchase for refund or exchange, you can send it back to us within 30 days of purchase in its original condition. Contact us to confirm your refund or exchange. 

Refunds

When your item has been received for return you’ll be refunded to your credit card or PayPal account within 3-5 business days.

Exchanges

In the case of an exchange, the cost to post the new/replacement item out to you is the same as our regular shipping costs. Visit our shipping costs for more info.

If there’s a price difference between the item purchased and the one you wish to exchange it for, we’ll let you know and either refund or request the amount from you to cover it.

Shipping fees

We’ll provide a full refund on all purchases, but any shipping fees aren’t refundable. This applies to any shipping costs incurred on the original order as well as the return shipping for refunds.
